Great choice for trip. Wonderful place to stay in Banyuwangi with wonderful staff with a very dictator manager. The beachside restaurant which has Thai food as well as Indonesian and western.

Generally, greatly enjoyed this popular accommodation with excellent staff that handles the reservation. The room was brand-new and extremely pleasant, had open bathroom.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at beachside restaurant which has Thai food as well as Indonesian and western. The location was good for Banyuwangi, short walk to the garden and the resort, Bali's mountain and Bali's the sea and railway station. Banyuwangi district was worth staying in.

Our stay was absolutely jaw-dropping! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. Despite arriving early, we were able to relax by the pool and enjoy the AMAZING live band. Our rooms were spacious and offered breathtaking views of the beach and Bali island. The bathroom was clean and the shower was strong and hot. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed. The grounds were stunning, with ocean and mountain views that were simply mind-blowing. We also appreciated the ample parking available. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for families and groups. The service, amenities, and location make it the perfect choice for a memorable vacation.

Well-maintained hotel in the classic style. Magnificent and decent location in Banyuwangi, just off the train station and the port and the Ketapang ferry terminal. Also, next to the beach. Relaxing views over sea from our a nice size and well-equipped room...

I greatly enjoyed my extremely spacious room with a comfortable bed, the half-open bathroom plus seaview. The breakfast was superb and very good and with sooo many options. This location was beautiful and marvellous, next to gorgeous garden, nice swimming pool, good restaurant and excellent breakfast.

Cheap, good-sized room with GOOD VIEW AND LOCATION, a balcony and comfortable beds! Location close to alleys and amazing flowers, Bali's the sea and beautiful garden. Also, within a gorgeous coconut palm grove. Reasonably priced meal at beachside restaurant.

I had a fantastic time here; the location was amazing, right by the sea! The room service was great, and the staff were always happy to help. The amenities were luxurious, especially the spa centre and swimming pool. The garden area was stunning and gave off a relaxing atmosphere.

At Ketapang Indah, I had a wonderful stay surrounded by beautiful gardens and bungalows. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the swimming pool was well-maintained with dedicated towels. The service provided was top-notch, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was delightful. Despite minor inconveniences like a small room and weak Wi-Fi, the positive aspects of the hotel far outweighed any drawbacks. The hotel's location near the beach was a bonus, and the staff were friendly and helpful in arranging transportation for our visit to Ijen Crater and Bromo. The restaurant and complimentary breakfast were also enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect homebase while exploring the attractions in Banywangi.
